PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a confident, collaborative, and proactive Junior Producer to join our creative department and play a vital role in shaping how great work gets made.
Our creative team are full of ideas and ambition, and this role sits at the heart of the creative process, supporting, organising, and delivering production across a range of projects.
You will help ensure ideas are brought to life smoothly, on time, and to the highest possible standard, while contributing your own production experience, judgement, and solutions along the way. You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and energising creative environment, working closely with creatives, account teams, clients, and trusted production partners. The role offers real variety and responsibility, with the opportunity to own elements of production, run shoots, and collaborate with external suppliers and production companies.
We are looking for someone who already understands how production works, someone who knows what “good” looks like and is comfortable making informed decisions. You will be expected to bring ideas and solutions to the table, suggest the right people or partners for each brief, and help raise the quality and consistency of our output.
We want someone who is keen to develop with us, deepening their craft, broadening their experience, and helping us evolve how we produce work. You will stay close to emerging production techniques, recent technology, and the growing role of AI and explore how these can support smarter, more effective creative delivery. You are likely to be a team player and a self-starter, organised, resourceful, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling multiple productions. You care about craft and detail, enjoy collaborating with others, and take pride in being a vital part of the creative process
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Supporting the Senior Creative Services Director and wider creative team across all aspects of production, including:
Organising and supporting a wide range of production activities, including photography, radio, videography, PR shoots, and live events
Supporting the planning and delivery of production, ensuring work runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
Assisting with production costing and quotes, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
Raising and managing purchase orders and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with internal processes
Identifying, sourcing, and recommending creative talent and production partners (e.g., photographers, directors, editors, production companies)
Assisting with image and asset sourcing to support creative development and delivery
Working closely with Creative, Account, and Production partners to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and well-run productions.
Bringing solutions, ideas, and production expertise to the table to help elevate creative output and ways of working.

Communication skills: Confident and professional communicator. Able to listen carefully, extract accurate information from briefs, and clearly communicate challenges and solutions.
Adaptability and problem solving: Comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environments. Able to respond quickly to change, solve problems pragmatically, and sense-check information with peers and managers when needed.
Collaboration and Teamwork: A friendly, collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with creatives, account teams, and production partners. Builds positive working relationships and contributes to a supportive team culture.
