Account Executive
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in the sustainability sector and would like the opportunity to develop and learn other skills within the agency.
23...WHO?
23red is a purpose-driven creative agency. We develop brands and campaigns that change behaviour for the better and have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Whether it’s tackling climate change, fighting inequality or making higher education accessible to all, we take pride in developing brands and campaigns that make a real difference to society.
We are experts in crafting campaigns that drive action and delivering them through owned and earned channels, frequently working through the trusted voices of media, partners, or influencers.
We’re part of Capgemini Invent globally, aligned to Frog in the United Kingdom – and whilst we operate as a separate brand, we have the benefit of being part of a network.
WHAT ELSE?
We are award winners, IPA accredited and our people are motivated by the work that we do. We have clear values, each underpinned by a set of behaviours: Collaborative, Curious, Creative, Caring and Clever.
And we’re looking for talented individuals to join our rapidly growing team.

You play a vital role in the implementation of evaluation and valuation methods, with regular desk research, collation of campaign activity/partner activation.
Building your relationship with the client, you contribute to the day-to-day running of their campaigns, demonstrating to clients how much you care about their brand, and looking for opportunities to add value.
You are flexible and adaptable to clients’ needs, managing their expectations and showing initiative that builds their confidence in you.
You contribute to the achievement of team targets by understanding 23red’s financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and job bag management by invoicing clients regularly and accurately, answering invoice queries and ensuring prompt payment.
